The mysterious world of Opera

While walking around the opera house children get behind-the-scenes knowledge how a theatre works, they learn the secrets and titbits regarding the stage and the auditorium. Together with animators they talk about opera-related terms and jobs, they get to know different types of voices and they watch a film how a character is made-up and scenography is mounted. They take part in a short savoir vivre lesson and learn how to behave in the opera. At the end of the workshop the participants may try on costumes, shoes and hats from various shows, so that they get a chance to feel what it is like to be a part of the opera world, and like in a real show, they bow together to the "audience".
