I hereby give consent to the processing of my personal data stored within the services used by me, including websites, services and other functions offered by the Opera at the Castle in Szczecin, including those stored in cookie files, for marketing purposes of the Opera at the Castle in Szczecin.
Giving the consent is optional and you may withdraw it at any moment by using the tool available here, however, withdrawing the consent will not affect the compliance with the right to process on the grounds of the consent before it is withdrawn.

Using our services (later on "Service") you entrust us with your information. Within each Service you sometimes entrust this information to our trusted partners, who exist in the environment of our Service and who we cooperate with directly or indirectly, most of all in order to provide you with the Serviceof the highest quality, and also for marketing reasons. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?
We process the data that you submit or leave while using the Service of the Opera at the Castle in Szczecin. Most of all, it is the data necessary for providing you with the Service, such as email address which you provide, e.g. in forms or access windows in our Service, and also the data which you leave while browsing our Service, so for example the data in cookies, among others.

  1. Fulfilling the agreement between the Opera at the Castle in Szczecin and the user (such contracts most often are regulations accepted by the User before using a service), including Services for Users, also adjusting the Services to the needs of Users, analysing and improving Services and ensuring security of Services (later on "providing Services") article 6 section 1 letter b) of RODO (General Data Protection Regulation) –  necessity for fulfilling the contract a party to which is the User. Before the contract between you and the Opera at the Castle in Szczecin expires, provided, however, that sometimes the data may also be processed also after the contract expires, but only if it is permissible or required by law, for example processing for statistic reasons, for billing or in order to seek redress.
  2. Statistic measurements (later on "statistics"), product marketing (including data analysis for marketing) and article 6 section 1 letter f of RODO (General Data Protection Regulation) –  justified interests of the administrator, until a valid objection is made.

IS PROVIDING DATA REQUIRED?
Providing personal data is optional, however not providing the data marked as necessary for providing services will make it impossible to provide them.

WHAT RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE PASSED ON TO?
Your data may be passed on to entities processing personal data for the administrator, e.g. to IT providers, advertising agencies etc., and these entities process data on the grounds of a contract with the administrator and only compliant with their orders. Your data may also be passed on to entities entitled to them on the grounds of legal provisions, e.g. law enforcement in case they make such a demand on the grounds of a proper regulation (e.g. for the needs of an ongoing criminal proceeding). Your data may be, in some cases, passed on to recipients from third countries, that is countries outside the European Economic Area, for example when it is necessary to provide you with our services or on the grounds of another valid legal ground. You have the following rights related to having your personal data processed by us:

  • the right to access your data, including getting copies of your data,
  • the right to demand correcting the data,
  • the right to have your data deleted (in some situations),
  • the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory body dealing with personal data protection,
  •  the right to limit the processing of your data.
  • If your data is processed pursuant to a consent, you may additionally use the following rights:
  • the right to withdraw the consent, within the scope to which it is processed pursuant to the consent. Withdrawing the consent does not affect the compliance with the right to processing made pursuant to the consent before it was withdrawn.
  • If your data is processed pursuant to a consent or within the provided service (the data is necessary to provide the service) you may additionally use the following rights: the right to have your personal datatransferred, that is to receive from the administrator your personal data in a structured standardised, machine-readable form.
